District News Headlines

	H1N1 Shots Now Available to the General Public posted by Graham Honaker

	Louisville Metro Government is offering immunization clinics for anyone interested in obtaining the H1N1 vaccine. The clinics will operate four days a week from January 4 through January 22 and will be by appointment only. Both the nasal flu mist and the injection forms of the vaccine will be available.

	Following a great deal of debate, the Metro Council approved the appointment of Rosemary Mattingly to the Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection Board by a 14-6 vote with 2 members voting present.

	At the December 3rd Metro Council meeting, the Council approved a resolution that supports the JBS "Swift" company to remain in the Butchertown neighborhood

	Kramer Holds Fall Town Hall Meeting posted by Graham Honaker

	Councilman Kramer hosted a town hall meeting on November 10 at Canaan Christian Church. Approximately 60 residents attended the meeting. Key issues discussed included:
